I've been thinking about making a new one myself, since the original was sent off to the UK for a craft swap, and it would be nice to put together a better tutorial. Someday when I have time.

I'm probably going to need to make a second one myself-- my mom's been a Doctor fan longer than I've been alive (I remember her watching reruns of the Tom Baker years on PBS when I was a kid and thought it was the weirdest show EVER...my, how times change), and wants one of these for her craft room!
